Our 100% original glass bead dies allow you to apply enamel powder onto the surface of your beads with greater ease than ever before imagined!
Technically, this is a form of relief printing. First, the design you wish to "print" onto your bead is cut, in reverse, into a brass die. Next, you apply the "printing" material (enamel) onto the raised surface of the die. Finally you press or roll (depends on whether your bead is flat or round) the bead onto or across the die, picking up the enamel from the raised pattern.

If you've ever imagined being able to create consistent patterns on your beads, but couldn't get the level of detail that you wanted from stringers, this process will amaze you! The possibilities are endless and the outcome very easy to control. Most important, it's a lot of fun!
